REGISTRATION FEES

The registration platform is open from January 28th to September 30th 2019.

Early registration fees :  350 € (VAT included) until August 31th, 2019

Late registration fees :  450 € (VAT included) from the 1st of September 2019 

Registration packages will cover :

• conference access
• morning and afternoon refreshments
• the welcome reception
• the conference dinner (Wednesday, October 23rd)
• conference material, including the detailed program and abstracts.

MEAN OF PAYMENT

Payment of the registration fee is possible only online. If you have a problem with this option, please
contact us at mms-2019-registration@sciencesconf.org

• On-line payment (paybox system) : all credit cards are accepted except American Express 
  (the transaction costs are too high). After completing the registration form, you will be redirected
  to a secure online payment site. 

ACCOMPANYING PERSONS

Accompanying persons are welcome to attend the social events associated with the conference.

• Conférence Dinner  : 60€ (Wednesday, October 23rd)

CANCELLATION POLICY

Refund of the registration fees upon cancellation may be possible in case of force majeure. 
Cancellation requests must be written and sent to mms-2019-registration@sciencesconf.org before 
August 31th, 2019

Cancellations received after this date will not be eligible for refund.
