We are pleased to invite you to the "Evening of flavors at Les Halles de Biarritz" for a gastronomic rendez-vous in the market halls of Biarritz!
It is with the producers themselves that you have an appointment for a gourmet evening, to discover the local products ... You will taste on the stalls and buffets the specialties of the region and will also find the products of the merchants of the Grande Halle (wine, delicatessen, charcuteries, ...)
Throughout the evening, you can walk through the market stalls ans spend time to talk with producers and merchants who have prepared a multitude of dishes (serrano ham, tapas, cold cuts, trays of seafood, raw vegetables, hot dishes including ravioli à la plancha and bar, cheeses, fruit baskets, small desserts, tasty basque cakes, ...).
The covered market of Biarritz is a truly authentic and festive place for an unusual evening with the flavors and colors of the Basque country.
Dinner is included in the registration fee.
For the accompanying persons, the price is 60 € to pay on the spot in cash or to add during your registration.
